Skills Desired:

Strong knowledge of web development tools and technologies

Hands-on knowledge of Ruby on Rails / docker, kamal, Aws, Lambda, Sidekiq, VueJs, Redis, PostgreSQL

Good hands on in Rail framework

Good knowledge of Node.js

Great troubleshooting skills

Good experience with HTML and CSS

Familiar with cross browsing testing and responsiveness of the application

Knows best programming practices technologies

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code

Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic

Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems

Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Communicating with a customer to handle the projects independently

Part of the solution architect team providing solutions to complex problems
