Role: Entry Level UI/UX Forms Developer
Location: Madison, WI
Job Description:
This position will be responsible for Forms development for internal and external forms in use within the agency. This includes, but is not limited to: Service requests, incidents, new development requests, and troubleshooting existing forms. This position requires knowledge and expertise in forms development including business process analysis, object-oriented programming, user interface design, data collection and validation, approval routing workflows, project management, and the role of current state-of-the-art information technology in business areas.
Top Required Skills & Years of Experience: (Around 1 year)
Experience with forms-building software and workflow automation
Ability to analyze existing processes and business rules and identify areas to improve efficiency
Experience developing, executing and validating test plans
Ability to troubleshoot, research, make decisions and resolve problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Nice to Have Skills:
Knowledge of AccessGov, Adobe LiveCycle, Acrobat and Reader software
Experience in business process analysis, object-oriented programming, data collection and validation, and project management
Knowledge and experience with a variety of scripting, query and markup languages such as Javascript, JQuery, SQL, XML, HTML, HTML5, etc.
