Title: Scrum Master (Certification is Mandatory)

Location: Wilmington, DE (5 Days Onsite)

Duration: Long Term

Domain: Experience with Payments, Bank or Cards Domain is Mandatory

Specification:

Working experience of 9 years with at least 4+ years of work experience as a strong Scrum Master in tech domain preferred.

Must have PSM or CSM Certification and well versed with Scrum framework

Agile process and ensures that all scrum cadences occur and are productive - daily scrum meetings, planning sessions, etc.

Experience working with technical delivery teams and knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development and technical solution integration

Oversees the Scrum process and coaches the team; facilitates transparency, inspection, and adaptation

Support and aids the product team in creating and managing a clearly defined backlog, release planning, sprint planning and backlog refinement

Knowledge about other frameworks such as Kanban, SaFe, XP etc
