Position Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Sr. Salesforce Developer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and customizing Salesforce applications to improve business processes and deliver seamless CRM solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to design scalable and efficient Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Develop and manage automation tools including workflows, process builders, and flows.

• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes.

• Maintain documentation of all development work and system configurations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality or performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Components.

• Experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative development.

• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD practices.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform limits.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

• Knowledge of data migration and cleansing tools (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench).

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
