Plant Manager - Tier 1 Automotive

We (our client) is seeking a Plant Manager in Dayton, OH.

Why we need you?

We need you to manage the P&L responsibility for a medium sized and unionized Tier I Automotive supplier.

We would love to hear from you if :

You have minimum 5 years of experience in Plant Management.

You have experience in a unionized Tier I automotive environment. Here is what you’ll be doing:

You will be responsible for a multi-functional organization producing products for specific customers.

You will be responsible for managing capital asset maintenance.
