HR Manager (F&B)

We are currently on a hunt for a

Human Resources Manager to join our team in Little Rock, AR.

What you’ll be doing:

As a HR Manager will be a key member of the leadership team and be a strong business partner, working with leadership to enhance culture, and employee engagement.

You will serve as an employee advocate helping to resolve employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.

You will have the opportunity to significantly impact the business and assists top management with planning, development, and implementation of HR initiatives.

You will be responsible for supporting the overall business objectives staffing, performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO/AAP and safety. We would love to hear from you if :

You have 8+ years of experience in HR and 3+ years managing an HR department in a Food Industry.

You have 3+ years of union experience.

Should be having a Large plant experience (over 600 employees).

You have a Bachelor’s degree.
