AI/ML Engineer (1-2 FTEs)

• Responsibilities: Train/test models for document review, permit drafting, missing data detection, and regulatory matching.

• Skills:

o Prompt engineering and fine-tuning of LLMs

o Working with unstructured/semi-structured data

o Experience in transformers, embeddings, RAG pipelines

o Python (LangChain, HuggingFace, or AWS-native ML libraries)
