Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Remote (Travel to Columbus, OH as required)

Position Overview:

Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Agile/Scrum expertise to support the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications. The resource will act as a Scrum Master, facilitate requirements gathering, create user stories, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure successful delivery of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as Agile Scrum Master, planning and executing sprints while keeping teams on track.

Support Salesforce application development for internal business users.

Create wireframes, mock-ups, and user stories to visualize requirements.

Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand product usage and business needs.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and architects to define features and specifications.

Manage product demos, gather feedback, and drive process improvement initiatives.

Lead requirement workshops, process flow analysis, and workflow redesign.

Maintain traceability, document change requests, and deliver project artifacts.

Define and execute test strategies, test cases, and QA validation.

Support troubleshooting, recommend solutions, and ensure adherence to SDLC best practices. Required Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology (Scrum Master experience required).

Proven ability to document, analyze, and test technical/functional IT requirements.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce (custom development, integrations, business processes).

Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers, developers, and data/application architects.

Strong QA and testing background (test case development, execution, validation).

Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.

Experience with application integrations (internal and external systems).

Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Interview Process:
