We are actively seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our Hot Stamping Maintenance Department on 2nd shift (core schedule, Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm)
Job Position and Duties May Include:
Support Production in meeting requirements by maintaining presses, laser cells, conveyors, and other basic maintenance activities
Equipment installation, repair, and improvement
Partner with quality and production to determine root cause of equipment-driven quality issues; assist in identifying and implementing counter measures
Tracking spare part inventory
Respond timely to equipment breakdowns and record downtime data
Complete work orders as scheduled and update log
Perform predictive and preventative maintenance tasks
Perform monthly analysis of downtime to identify equipment downtime trends

Compensation:
Weekly Pay
$24.25/hour starting wage
$0.50/hour shift premium for all eligible hours worked
Eligible for performance-based increases every six (6) months after six (6) months employment, up to top out pay
Opportunity for job growth
Additional $1.00/hour at 5 and 10 years of service

Summer - around July 4th holiday

Previous manufacturing and/or warehouse experience, preferred;
Ability to use basic hand tools;
Self motivated and ability to perform with minimal supervision;
Able to work odd shifts, weekends, holidays, shutdowns, and overtime;
Must be quality oriented and understand how every task may impact quality;
Ability to use computer;
Ability to lift up to 35lbs on a consistent basis;
Ability to stand on concrete up to 12 hours;
Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop and twist throughout shift;
Ability and willingness to work overtime as required to meet customer demands
overtime may be daily and/or weekend;
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing;
Mustsuccessfully pass pre-employment drug screen and physical;
