ABOUT FIELDTRIP:
Fieldtrip is California’s leading luxury short-term rental brand. We manage some of the state’s most distinctive vacation homes in Joshua Tree, Temecula, Palm Springs, and beyond.
We’re hiring a Lead Generation & CRM Operations Assistant to support our sales and marketing operations. You’ll help maintain our data, enrich homeowner information, and track campaigns that drive growth.
This is not a client-facing or outbound sales position. You will not be doing cold calls or direct sales. Your role is to support the systems and research that enable our founder-led and U.S.-based sales team.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Lead Generation & Research
Identify and research prospective homeowners using PropertyRadar, Airbnb, Zillow, county assessor sites, and Instagram.
Enrich and verify contact data (emails, phone numbers, social media links).
Maintain organized lead lists and update records in the CRM.
Track campaign results (emails, postcards, texts) and report on performance weekly.
CRM & Sales Operations
Update, tag, and manage leads in HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
Keep data clean, current, and segmented by market and priority level.
Assist with building reports, dashboards, and simple analytics.
Support workflow automations and follow-up tracking.
Marketing & Admin Support
Help update sales and marketing materials (brochures, decks, postcards).
Coordinate with the onshore RevOps lead and marketing team for campaign execution.
Collect and organize media assets (photos, links, videos) for property-specific marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of directly relevant sales operations/sales enablement experience
Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent written English.
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable researching online independently.
Tech-savvy and experienced with Google Workspace, CRMs, and spreadsheets.
Comfortable taking direction but able to identify and fix small issues on your own.
Interested in learning about the short-term rental industry.

Monthly Salary:
$1,500 – $5,000 USD/month base (depending on experience) + commissions for qualified leads that close
