On Call Certified Nursing Aide

Join our dedicated team as an On Call Certified Nursing Aide, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents! Our organization is committed to Person-Directed Care, and as a CNA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

In this role, you will:

Develop a strong understanding of residents' interests and needs.

Provide exceptional support for daily living activities, including personal care, mobility assistance, and recreational engagement.

Create a safe and welcoming environment for residents, promoting their independence and participation.

Hourly Pay: $19.50 - $24.50 DOE

Schedule: Morning shift 6am - 2pm

To thrive in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program.

A minimum of one year of experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!

CNA license and certifications in CPR and First Aid as mandated by state regulations.
