Job Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant/Vertex

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite 3days/week)

Duration : Fulltime

Job Description:

Proficiency in Oracle Financial applications such as: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CE), Fixed Assets (FA), Lease accounting modules.

End to end implementation and Production Support experience and involved in customer requirement analysis, configuration, preparing functional design, test scripts and assisting technical team on the clarifications.

Participate and manage the delivery of the Oracle financial Modules during Oracle Implementation and support projects.

Configure and customize Oracle Finance modules and Vertex tax software to meet the unique tax requirements of each Legal Entity, including tax rules, rates, and exemptions.

Nice to have experience in Certificate Exemption process, configuration, and setup in Vertex O series

Experience in tax software solutions specifically Vertex and tax compliance tools

Operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.

Configure the application according to the design decision.

Design and test the integration with other systems.

Support the data migration process from a functional point of view.

Take the lead on understanding new products or new features.

Applies Oracle methodology and leading practices.

Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on complex customer engagements. Qualifications and Essentials:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, compliance

At least 3 successful Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations. Skills and Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion cloud modules and functionalities.

As a Vertex Tax and Oracle Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting and configuring Oracle Financial and Vertex tax solutions for different Legal Entities like the US, Canada, Germany, UK etc

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
