Customer Support Representative

We are currently on a hunt for a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Rochester, NY.

What you’ll be doing:

Create best in class experiences for all guests that contact us.

Support would include educating the guest, help them accomplish what they want to do and talk entertainment while you do it

Create relationships with guests based on a love of entertainment.

Effectively use all available technology tools and resources to resolve guest inquiries.

Develop and maintain a general knowledge of client’s products and services. We would love to hear from you if :

Good communication skills in Canadian French/Quebecois.

1+ years of Customer Service Experience.

1+ years of Inbound Call service experience.

Ability to type 30+ words per minute.

High School Diploma or GED.
