Job Title: Mobility Services Customer Care Coordinator
Location: Columbus, OH 43215
Job Type: 8-10 Months Contract Role
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM - 3PM EST
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused associate to join our Customer Experience team temporarily. This individual will support essential customer service functions and ensure a positive experience for all visitors to our Customer Experience Center.
90% of the role is managing the Mainstream Pass Sales process (which we would teach/train) with a front facing customer service background.
The duties of the position include:
Answering and screening incoming calls, answering general questions, strong customer service skills
Complete oversight of the Mainstream Pass Sales Process - Counting, maintaining, and distributing ticket/passes requests over the phone and in-person Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
Assist customers in creating usernames and passwords for account access.
Demonstrate proficiency in using various computer applications.
Remain standing for several hours at a time as required to meet customer needs. Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to learn and navigate computer applications with ease.
Patience and a friendly demeanor when assisting customers with account setup.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods as necessary.
