Job purpose and Impact

As a Senior Business Analyst ERP, you will design, develop, and maintain Interface’s EAAA business applications, primarily within Finance and Manufacturing.

Your expertise ensures that our processes and systems run efficiently and evolve to meet the needs of our growing regions: Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia (EAAA).

You will be part of the EAAA Enterprise Application Team, based in Scherpenzeel, The Netherlands, and report to the Director Enterprise Applications.

Our team supports sales and production sites across EMEA and APAC, collaborating with colleagues in the United Kingdom, The Netherlands, China, and Australia.

As Interface continues to digitalize globally, this role is key in bridging technology and business. Driving smarter, more sustainable operations.

Main responsibilities

Design & Configure

Analyze business processes and requirements, evaluating cost/benefit impact to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requests, identify opportunities, and align proposed changes with Interface’s IT strategy.

Write functional specifications and coordinate with external partners or developers where needed.

Configure applications for new projects, issue resolution, and functional enhancements.

Coordinate and execute testing activities, delivering changes for business validation and approval.

Support process improvements by integrating new solutions and communicating changes effectively.

Participate in projects from initial design through implementation and maintenance.

Maintain & Improve Systems

Provide structured support for existing applications by analyzing and resolving issues.

Conduct root cause analyses and recommend sustainable solutions to improve reliability and performance.

Bridge between Business & IT

Act as liaison between business and IT, translating needs into technical solutions with a focus on process improvement and feasibility.

Manage improvement projects in cooperation with business stakeholders and IT teams, regionally and globally.

Partner with internal and external providers to ensure high-quality delivery.

Ensure compliance with SOX and quality standards, using these frameworks to strengthen processes and controls.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in business, IT, or a related field

10+ years of ERP experience within Finance and/or Manufacturing

Proven experience leading ERP implementation or transformation projects

Strong knowledge of integrated business systems (ERP, middleware, scanning applications)

Demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with business priorities

Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written

Experience with JD Edwards, e-invoicing or SOX compliance is a plus
