* Running campaign reporting (NPD launches, discounts, channels, local vs national activity). * Segmenting customers and helping the brand understand who buys what, when, and why.
* Presenting insights to franchise partners, marketing, finance, and leadership.
* Spotting trends and opportunities across products, restaurants, and channels.
* Bringing proactive ideas to the table, not just answering briefs.
This is a highly collaborative role where your work will directly influence commercial decisions.
What You Bring * Strong numerical and analytical skills (Excel, BI tools like Power BI). * Ability to turn data into a story, not just charts.
* Confidence working across all levels of the business.
* High energy, curiosity, and the ability to hit the ground running.
* Experience in retail, hospitality, QSR, or fast moving consumer environments is a bonus.
* 1:3 years in a similar insight, analytics, or marketing analysis role.
