About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with strong expertise in US staffing. The ideal candidate is proactive, understands the urgency of client needs, and is hands-on with JobDiva. Strong command over W2 hiring is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US clients – sourcing, screening, submitting, coordinating interviews, and closing
Work extensively on JobDiva ATS for candidate management and job submissions
Identify top IT talent through job portals, databases, social networks, and referrals
Strong understanding of US employment types (W2 Mandatory, 1099, C2C, Corp-to-Corp)
Build and maintain relationships with candidates for long-term engagement
Ensure timely delivery aligned with client expectations and SLA targets
Work closely with the Account Management team to convert priority requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT Staffing
Mandatory expertise with JobDiva ATS
Excellent understanding of W2 hiring
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure
Proven track record of closures in a fast-paced environment
