As a Kaspersky Support team Intern, you will work closely with our experienced Technical support engineering team to provide technical assistance and support to Kaspersky B2B customers. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of cybersecurity and IT infrastructure management.
Job Responsibilities:
• Customer Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customer via email or ticketing system, addressing inquiries related to Kaspersky installation, configuration, and usage.
• Training and Learning: Proactively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices through training sessions, online resources, and hands-on experience.
• Documentation: Assist in creating and updating technical documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles, to facilitate client self-help and internal knowledge sharing.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, conveying technical information in a clear and concise manner to facilitate problem resolution and collaboration.
