Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced CNC Turning, Drilling and Milling Machine Operators to join our highly reputable manufacturing business based in Lincoln.

The Desired candidate will have a full understanding of Siemens and Heidenhein controls with the ability to write programs:

Salary is negotiable dependent on ability and skill levels.

Hours: 40 hours per week on a shift system.

Early Shift 07:00 – 15:30 Monday - Friday

Late Shift 15:30 – 02:00 Monday – Thursday

. The desired candidate will also have knowledge of measuring equipment i.e

· DTI Clocks

· Verniers

· Micrometers

· Depth Gauges

· Slip Gauges

· Thread Gauges

And will also have knowledge working with both metric and imperial measurements and working to tolerances of +/- .001” (.025 mm)

A Minimum of basic engineering knowledge is essential and the candidate must be competent in extracting information from a technical drawing i.e

· Lengths

· Diameters

· Surface finishes

· Geometric Engineering Symbols
