Laborer

Purpose of the Role:

The Civil Works Laborer is responsible for supporting and executing tasks related to civil construction activities. This role involves working closely with civil works personnel to ensure the efficient and timely completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Move, secure, construct, load, and unload materials efficiently using light equipment, as required by the job site and specific assignments.

Follow assigned duties and work shifts as scheduled by superiors.

Perform other functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

What we're looking for:

At least high school graduate.

Preferably with at least one year of experience in construction.

Possesses good communication skills and demonstrates strong moral character.

Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in various weather conditions.

Willing to work flexible hours and follow site-specific safety protocols.
