Network Operations Engineer

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving all network and firewall issues (L1 and L2 Support)

Supporting clients with Switching (Cisco, HP, Juniper), Routing (cisco), Firewall (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Pfsense), Wi-Fi

Oversee the installation of new network systems

Updating or creating new VPN, policies and firewall tasks, device configurations, advanced network topology

Replacing devices end of support, upgrading firmware, fixing security vulnerability

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Networking, NOC Environments.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
