Job Purpose:

As a Barman/ Barmaid, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages. You will also be in charge of maintaining the bar area, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times.

Key duties :

Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Take drink orders and prepare them accurately and efficiently.

Create and serve cocktails and other specialty drinks.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area.

Ensure all bar equipment is in good working condition.

Stock and restock bar inventory as needed.

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints.

Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and drink service.

Upsell and promote special drinks and promotions.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience as a Barman/ Barmaid in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Knowledge of different types of drinks and their recipes.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
