Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Wellness & Culture Coordinator to strengthen our organizational culture and support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our employees. This role is responsible for designing and executing programs that enhance engagement, recognition, and a sense of belonging. You will collaborate with internal partners to ensure a positive employee experience from onboarding onward, contributing to a healthy, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute wellness and culture programs focused on employee engagement and well-being.
Organize internal events and activities that reinforce company values and foster a positive workplace culture.
Create communication strategies that promote transparency, recognition, and collaboration.
Measure program effectiveness through data, feedback, and reporting, driving continuous improvement.
Coordinate recognition programs to motivate and celebrate employee contributions.
Build partnerships to support wellness resources, benefits, and employee development opportunities.
Work closely with leaders to strengthen a culture of well-being and mutual support.
Ensure cultural alignment and consistent wellness standards across all sites.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 2+ years in developing, coordinating wellness, employee engagement, cultural or HR programs.
English Level: B2 Upper-intermediate
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management: Proven experience managing projects and events from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, vendor coordination, and budget oversight.
Certification: in Corporate Wellness and Employee Well-being.
Certification: in Leadership and Emotional Intelligence at Work.
Core Skills:
Strong communication, program coordination, and project management abilities.
Knowledge of wellness practices, engagement initiatives, and culture-building strategies.
Ability to assess employee needs, analyze data, and measure program effectiveness.
Skilled in vendor coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
Empathetic, approachable, and culturally competent when supporting diverse teams.
Creative problem-solving and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
