What You’ll Be Doing

Lead multiple new product development projects, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.

Coordinate major milestones, assigning tasks and monitoring deliverables to meet project timelines.

Communicate effectively with external entities, serving as the main point of contact for project status and changes.

Conduct meetings to keep teams and management informed, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Ensure project financials align with budget plans, contributing to our profitability goals.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience in automotive manufacturing.

Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings and understanding component functions.

Experience in project management, with knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Quality Control methodologies.

Strong skills in project management software like MS Project and Earned Value Management.

Leadership abilities to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive results.
