Facility: Tanner Medical Center (80 beds)

Dates: 7am Dec 28-30 7amand 7am-7pmDec 31 (there will be additional dates needed in 2026)

Schedule: 24-hour shifts (7a-7a)

Setting: Inpatient only

Volume: 0-3 callbacks/day

EMR: Epic

Requirements: BC/BE, COVID vax, clean file

Credentialing: 30 days (expedited)
