Emergency Room Nurse Job Details

Location: Flemington, NJ – Experience the warmth of a welcoming community with convenient access to both city life and picturesque rural landscapes.

Assignment Length: 13-week nursing contract

Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Schedule: 36 hours per week; every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required

Employment Type: Local, On-Site

Hourly Pay Rate: $83.70

Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2020 - $2130

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) or ER nursing experience required

Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License (must be in hand at the time of application)

Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required

Flu immunization required unless a valid medical exemption with documentation is provided

Professional appearance; any color scrubs permitted if clean and professional

ER Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting

Assess, triage, and monitor patients, responding promptly to changes in patient condition

Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as ordered

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Accurately document all patient care activities and maintain timely records

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical procedures, and regulatory standards
