Job Summary

Development, implementation, and improvement of processes; keep machines running efficiently. Take corrective and preventive actions to solve problems using established methodologies. Continuous improvement in productivity and scrap indicators. Ensure equipment operates safely.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Monitor and update assigned KPIs, implement actions to keep them on target

Maintain product traceability throughout the process

Implement actions to reduce scrap

Participate in keeping the area within 5S metric goals

Implement actions to reduce real defects identified by Electrical Test Engineer

Generate and/or update process documentation (visual aids, parameter sheets, process deviations, standard work documentation)

Participate in Kaizen events

Completed professional degree, preferably in Engineering.

Experience

At least 3 years in similar positions, preferably in manufacturing areas.
