Onsite Columbus OH Full Time 17hr The Opportunity Are you excited about ensuring a world class entertainment experience for theater patrons employees and volunteersDo you have amazing attention to detail and a passion for making environments shineDo you enjoy motivating a teamPrimary Function The Operations Assistant Custodian is a full time onsite position that maintains the integrity of CAPAs theatres by providing a clean safe environment for patrons and user groups Duties Responsibilities and Key Performance Objectives Removes trash and replaces linersMops waxes and vacuums floorsCleans windows that can be reached from the ground or with extending equipment inside and outDusts fixtures walls and ceilings as directedCleans and sanitizes restrooms and water fountainsCleans the Ohio Theatre kitchens on the 5th and 6th floors and restocks with simple cleaning suppliesCleans and sanitizes the Ohio Theatre reception level kitchenCleans the building exterior including hosing down entry areas picking up litter emptying exterior waste receptacles and cleaning accessible lightingServes as back up at the Ohio Theatre receptionist desk as neededSets up rental space as needed by user groups Stages in house items for receptions on the reception levelThis job description is not designed to cover or contain an exhaustive listing of duties responsibilities and key performance objectives that are expected of the employee These items may change or new job related items may be assigned from time to timeKnowledge Skills and Abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a groupAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to follow established safety procedures and uses all safety equipment providedAbility to take initiative in areas that need immediate attentionCredentials and Experience High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to work weekdays and weekends according to scheduleSpecial Requirements Background checkThe following physical demands are customary to this positionAbility to regularly lift 50 poundsAbility to stand and walk for long periods of timeAbility to climb stairs and laddersAbility to push pull stoop kneel crouch andor crawl
