As we undergo rapid growth in our Electronic Security division, we are excited to invite applications for the position of Sales Executive to spearhead new business development in our Core Commercial division. This role emphasizes cultivating relationships, generating leads, and showcasing our cutting-edge commercial electronic security products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a designated territory effectively using CRM tools while excelling in cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

Develop and execute tailored service and account outsourcing strategies.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the core commercial market segment.

Prepare and deliver customized proposals based on client needs and industry trends.

Collaborate with internal teams to create and provide tailored solutions for complex client requirements.

Engage in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to elevate brand presence and discover potential clients.

Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person meetings with clients weekly to establish connections and drive engagement.

Boost revenue growth by employing solution-based selling techniques to expand existing partnerships and acquire new clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales utilizing a consultative approach.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in comparable industries.

Proficient in using Office Suite and CRM platforms to enhance workflows and client interactions.

Willingness to travel within assigned geographical areas is required.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills.

Experience in electronic security sales is strongly preferred.

A valid driver's license is necessary.
