Job Title:Logistics Co-ordinator (12-month Fixed Term Contract)

Reporting To:Logistics Team Leader

Work Schedule:Onsite – Wolverhampton, GBR

Moog Aircraft Group is looking for a logistics coordinator to join the logistics team at our facility based in Wolverhampton for a 12-month fixed term contract. The position will cover kitting for assembly.

General and Task Management

Organizing work order movement around manufacturing facility

Kitting of piece parts for OE, repair and spares products to support assembly and test build lines

Ensure all stock and kitting items are correctly packaged supporting goods receipt processes

Stock control, perpetual inventory cycle count and root cause investigation of stock losses to ensure high level of stock accuracy

Maintenance and control of shelf life products

Supporting roll out of FIFO storage and picking strategy

Cleaning of machine shop and kitting boxes

Relationship Management

Work as part of the team to share ideas and support continuous improvement activities

Enthusiastic flexible team player with a bias for action and strong work discipline

Strong communication skills with high level of integrity

Key Knowledge

Experience of working in logistics and manufacturing processes

Computer literate

Problem solving and analytical skills
