設備技術エンジニア ウェハグラインドプロセス

Responsibilities

SAW/BAWフィルターモノづくりにおけるウェハグラインドプロセスの設備技術を担当し 設備稼働安定化 能力向上 コストダウン 製品品質安定化に取り組む

設備管理手法の適正化を進め 設備品質の安定化 向上を通して製品歩留向上 品質向上に取り組む

新規設備導入に際して仕様決め段階から参画し 導入 立ち上げ 生産リリースまでを担当 安定した装置による能力拡大を推進

Required Experience and Skills

業界経験

半導体設備メーカでの設備開発 改善業務経験 あるいは半導体デバイスメーカにおける設備技術 生産技術業務経験を有すること

グラインドプロセス 設備での業務経験を有すること

仕事経験 経験年数 5年以上の実務経験

取り組み意識

課題の本質的な要因の理解

根本対策 恒久対策の検討 導入を粘り強くすすめることができること

設備の安定化はモノづくりの安定化の根幹であることの認識

自社モノづくりの安定化に向けて積極的かつ前向きに業務に取り組むこと

Desired Experience and Skills

専門性

半導体製造装置を構成する部品 MFC, バルブ 電源 真空計 ポンプ ヒーター等

グラインドプロセスや 半導体製造に用いられる材料に対しての一定以上の知識 経験がある方が望ましい

語学力

業務上必要な日常会話以上の英語レベルが望ましい
