Job Summary We are seeking a Credit Management Product Owner to help shape and advance our enterprise credit risk capabilities.

Our integrated digital platform supports robust credit processes-including risk assessment, monitoring, collections, and reporting-providing the foundation for effective risk management and profitable growth.

In this pivotal role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions that align with established risk appetite tolerance levels while enabling business objectives.

Candidates with experience in risk scores and strategy, credit bureau data, and platforms such as Experian's PowerCurve are strongly preferred.

This position offers the opportunity to influence credit management practices across the organization and drive innovation in how we assess and manage risk.

Essential Job Functions * Influence the digital capabilities roadmap by identifying new features and adding to the backlog.

Stay updated with industry developments, analyze market data, and use insights for product decisions.

May participate in client facing discovery sessions.

Identifies and may lead optimization opportunities, increasing initiative throughput.

- (30%) * Prioritize and maintain product backlog.

Lead multiple agile teams while managing relationships with key stakeholders and leadership.

This involves presenting product updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.

- (30%) * Manage activities for business requirements documentation, risk identification, and mitigation.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product development, enablement, and/or BAU support efficiency.

This includes streamlining workflows, adopting new tools and methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- (20%) * Build partnerships within the Scrum team, ensure stable and operational capabilities, and manage cross-functional team dependencies.

Will also build partnerships across enablement and cross-functional teams, maintaining adherence to implementation timelines and standards.

Continually looking to optimize processes and customer experience.

- (10%) * Train and mentor Product Owners, this includes offering advice, sharing best practices and helping them develop their skills and knowledge.

May participate in recruitment and associate engagement efforts.

- (10%) Minimum Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED * 5+ years in product management, information technology, or related field such as business analysis, with experience in Agile development techniques and managing third-party vendor integration products.

Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Business Analysis or Information Technology * 7+ years Product Management, Business Analysis, Information Technology, financial services, payment, or online and mobile platforms * Experience with credit risk scores and strategy, credit bureaus, and Experian's PowerCurve platform Skills * Business Systems Analysis * Product Integration * Mobile Platforms * Agile Product Development * User Experience (UX) * Digital Capabilities * Information Technology (IT) * Product Management Reports To: Manager and above Direct Reports: 0 Work Environment * Normal office environment.

(Remote or Hybrid), 3 to 4 days per month are required in office if within 60 miles of a Bread Financial location.

Salary Range (unless otherwise noted below): $97,900.00 - $177,400.00 Full Salary Range for position: California: $112,600.00 - $221,800.00 Colorado: $97,900.00 - $186,300.00 New York: $107,700.00 - $221,800.00 Washington: $102,800.00 - $204,000.00 Maryland: $102,800.00 - $195,200.00 Washington DC: $112,600.00 - $204,000.00 Illinois: $97,900.00 - $195,200.00 New Jersey: $112,600.00 - $204,000.00 Vermont: $97,900.00 - $177,400.00 The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.

Bread Financial offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance, supplemental medical plans, and short and long-term disability) to eligible associates (regular full-time associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses/domestic partners, and child(ren) under the age of 26.

New associate elected coverage begins on date of hire (with the exception of disability coverage which has a 6-month waiting period). Six weeks of 100% paid parental leave for eligible parents is available after a 180-day waiting period.

Hired associates can immediately enroll in Bread Financial's 401(k) plan.

All associates receive 11 paid holidays.

Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off.

Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time ("PSST") upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year.

Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year.

Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.

Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December.

You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
