Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures. You will also maintain residents' medical records in accordance with Community policies as well as state and federal regulations. Handle and maintain patient medical records with confidentiality, accuracy, and respect at all times. Ensure that all medical information is filed correctly and up to date for the member's continuity of care.

Education/Qualifications:

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Must have related administrative experience and/or experience as a Nursing Assistant or Nurse at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Must possess basic computer knowledge and ability to use/understand basic medical terminology with an aptitude to learn computing software.

Shift & Wage:

Full-Time Opportunities Available
