Job Summary
Seeking a motivated, professional, and passionate Commercial Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. Responsibilities
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, businesses, and prospects to grow a profitable book of commercial lines insurance business.
Leverage sales techniques to identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Proactively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
Collaborate with underwriters, service teams, and support staff to ensure all insurance solutions meet client-specific needs and requirements.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks to provide relevant solutions to clients.
Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, effectively communicating the value of insurance products while offering customized coverage options.
Meet or exceed sales and customer retention goals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Advocate for clients during claims processes, addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
Valid state-issued Insurance Producer License for Property & Casualty (required).
Proven experience in sales or account management within the commercial insurance industry.
In-depth knowledge of commercial lines insurance products, policies, and applications.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a client-first approach.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Goal-driven mindset with effective time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in insurance management software, CRM systems, and basic office applications.
