Salary: MPS / UPS (Inner London) - depending on experience

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for a new challenge in a supportive and forward-thinking school?

We're working closely with a lovely two-form entry primary school in Bexley who are seeking a committed Year 2 Teacher to join their team from January 2026.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum, supporting pupils' academic and personal development as they prepare to transition into KS2. The school has a strong emphasis on teamwork, pupil wellbeing, and maintaining a nurturing environment for all learners.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of all learners

Assess pupil progress and maintain accurate records

Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment

Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents

Contribute to the wider life of the school and its communityAbout You

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum, particularly Year 2 SATs preparation

A passion for inspiring young learners and helping them achieve their best

Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills

ECTs and experienced teachers are both welcome to apply
