What You'll Do * Lead process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement in production methods, equipment layout, material handling, and workforce utilization.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance profitability.

* Develop and maintain accurate data for manufacturing systems, including routings, work standards, lead times, and capacity planning.

* Review and implement quality requirements to ensure compliance with customer contracts and company standards.

* Collaborate across departments to align manufacturing practices with quality and operational goals.

* Create CNC programs for various machines using both manual and software-based methods.

* Present recommendations for capital investments, tooling, and process enhancements.

* Support new product launches and ensure readiness for production.

* Experience: Minimum of 10 years in industrial/manufacturing environments with related responsibilities.

* Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and quality systems.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively and lead initiatives that drive measurable results Physical Requirements * Occasional bending and twisting.
