Job Description
The Bilingual Safety Manager/Superintendent - Sterling, VA will:
Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards
Collaborate with Safety Director and Superintendents to maintain safe work environments
Lead safety orientations and ongoing training for field staff
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Develop site-specific safety plans and documentation
Promote a strong safety culture across teams and partners
Advise on regulatory compliance and best practices
Participate in corporate safety committees and initiatives

The Successful Applicant
The Bilingual Safety Manager/Superintendent - Sterling, VA will have:
5+ years of safety experience in civil construction (excavation, site work, concrete)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
OSHA 30 and OSHA 510 certifications required
Progressive experience in skilled trades or a degree in civil engineering/construction management
Proven ability to manage safety on projects up to $20M
Strong leadership and communication skills
