About the job Die Maintenance Specialist
General:
Hands-on supervisor of multi-skilled die maintenance area including all aspects of die condition, corrective action, preventive maintenance, machine shop and associated personnel.
Role and Responsibilities:
Manpower scheduling and planning.
Implement die problem root cause and corrective action investigation procedures.
Development, implementation and management of preventive Maintenance programs for all dies.
Development and management of all Die Maintenance policies, practices and procedures.
Development, implementation and management of Die Maintenance Associate Skill-Up programs.
Development and management of DT priority schedule.
Overall responsibility for Die Maintenance and Machine Shop safety, quality, cost and delivery.
Other duties as required by management.
Qualifications:
2 Year or 4 year technical degree or equivalent
2-4 years of machine ship and maintenance experience.
2-4 years of management experience.
ISO/TS 16949 preferred.
