Cantonese Speakers in Malaysia Banking Call Task

We are looking for native Cantonese speakers based in Malaysia to complete a short phone conversation task involving calls to banking customer care helplines.

Your role will be to make a series of phone calls and provide the corresponding audio recordings.

These recordings will be used for internal research to help improve communication processes.

All communication, task instructions, and file submissions will be handled strictly through the PeoplePerHour platform.

Task Details: - Make phone calls to different banks’ customer care lines in Malaysia - Each call should last around 10 minutes - Complete a total of approximately 1 hour of call recordings (about 6 calls) - Follow the instructions provided after selection - Upload completed recordings through the PPH platform only - Legal & Ethical Compliance: - You must ensure all recordings comply with local laws in Malaysia regarding phone conversation recordings.

- In jurisdictions requiring it, you must inform the customer care representative that the call is being recorded.

- No part of this task involves unethical, fraudulent, or policy-violating activities.

Requirements: - Native Cantonese speaker (Malaysia-based) - Clear and natural speaking tone - Access to a phone to call customer care helplines - Reliable internet connection for uploading files - Ability to follow instructions carefully Payment Terms: - This is a paid freelance task.

- Payment will be released after the submitted recordings are reviewed and approved.

- All payments will be processed solely through the PeoplePerHour platform for security and compliance.
