Job Description

We're seeking a Project Manager to lead light industrial construction projects, including tilt-up warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication from project kickoff to final turnover.

You'll work closely with superintendents, design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and resolve challenges proactively. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, technical acumen, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing light industrial construction projects, preferably with a large general contractor. They excel in budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination, and have a deep understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and familiarity with tilt-up or PEMB systems is preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
