Position Summary

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team in Ironton, MO. The PTA will assist in providing high-quality physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function in accordance with APTA standards and state licensure laws.

Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist

Instruct and motivate patients in therapeutic exercises and functional activities

Accurately document patient progress and report updates to the therapy team

Collaborate effectively with physicians, families, and facility staff

Demonstrate Concept Rehab's values of Commitment, Respect, and Integrity in all interactions Qualifications:

Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri (required)

Outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
