Within our Cybersecurity Service Line, we protect businesses against evolving cybersecurity threats (data access, vulnerabilities). Through this expertise, based on proactive and reactive strategies, we design a tailored governance model supported by benchmark indicators . Responsibilities: What are you going to do?

As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Expert, specializing in solutions like Saviynt, SailPoint, CyberArk, or Okta, you will join our security and identity governance team.

Specifically, you will be responsible for: Design, implement and administer IAM solutions Manage approval workflows, identity governance, and access roles.

Ensure the configuration, integration and maintenance of the IAM solution with existing IT systems.

Supervise and optimize access control policies and compliance audits.

Collaborate with security, IT and compliance teams to ensure effective identity and access management.

Conduct risk analyses and propose improvements to IAM security policies.

Provide support and technical assistance to users and internal teams.

Monitor market trends and developments in IAM solutions to ensure technological monitoring.

Qualifications: What is your profile?

You have a degree in cybersecurity (Master's level/Engineering school) You have significant technical experience in IAM of more than 5 years, particularly with the Saviynt, SailPoint, CyberArk or Okta solutions You have a good grasp of identity management, access control, and governance concepts.

You have a good knowledge of identity management protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, SCIM) and security standards and regulations (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST) You have experience in integrating IAM solutions with various systems (Cloud, On-premise, ERP, Active Directory, etc.). You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

You have the ability to work in a team and to collaborate with the various stakeholders of the company.

Having an IAM certification, but CISSP or CISM certification is a plus.

Having more functionally oriented experience is a plus, as we are primarily looking for a technical profile in IAM solution administration.
