Pay: $36.00 - $53.00/hour

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent position

Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift

Setting: Both Inpatient and Outpatient care

Complete patient assessments to develop and implement an individualized care plan

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the patient, family, and care team

Provide skilled, goal-oriented physical therapy while maintaining an ongoing assessment of the patient to make any changes to the care plan as necessary

Maintain all records and reports per regulatory guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams Physical Therapist Qualifications:

BLS Certification

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain upon hire)

Must have previous experience with Orthopedics, Neuro, and outpatient therapies About the Community:
