IT Integration Lead, M&A

Responsibilities

Lead IT integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless system and process alignment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute integration strategies.

Oversee software integration projects, focusing on hospital systems and healthcare IT environments.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and InfoSec standards throughout integration activities.

Manage infrastructure-related tasks to support integration and operational continuity.

Coordinate planned travel for on-site assessments and stakeholder meetings while primarily working remotely. Qualifications

Proven experience in IT integration leadership, specifically in M&A environments.

Strong background in hospital systems and healthcare IT.

Hands-on experience with software integration across complex environments.

Solid understanding of Cybersecurity/InfoSec principles and IT infrastructure.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel as required for project needs.
