Dispatcher

Job Full Description

We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our team! You will be responsible for coordinating with customers to deliver Import & Export deliveries.

Full Time:

First shift:

Monday - Friday

7:00am to 4:00pm

$45,000- $50,000 a year

Responsibilities:

I. Enter new work order into dispatch and payroll system

II. Update dispatch dashboard to reflect current info from drivers and customers.

III. Collect and upload documentation involved in deliveries.

IV. Inform customers of charges and issues with their loads being moved.

V. Wednesday is HYBRID.

Qualifications:

I. Work well with others

II. Maintain a cordial and helpful attitude with customers communications

III. Be knowledgeable in Excel and computers

IV. Be able and willing to learn new processes and computer systems
