salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Supervisor/Lead, you will manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and inventory integrity. Key responsibilities include:

Planning and optimizing warehouse layout and storage procedures (considering turnover, size, and weight).

Directing and assigning employee duties, determining work schedules, and expediting workflow.

Advising staff on the preservation, handling, and shipping of stock.

Enforcing safety regulations and company policies.

Resolving issues and maintaining harmony among the team.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand/walk 75% of the time.

Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds (with equipment) and occasionally by hand.
