Job Title: Technical Support
Location: Mclean, VA - 100% Onsite
Duration: 8 months (with possible extension or conversion)

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support for a rapidly growing group of team members across multiple divisions.
Focus heavily on laptop support, managing a mix of Windows PCs, Macs, and mobile devices.
Deliver top-notch, customer-focused support with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Engage in cross-training efforts with peers where applicable.
Contribute to site-level operational readiness and process improvements.
Effectively manage upwards as needed.
Be self-aware of skill gaps and work proactively to improve.
Collaborate frequently with the site lead, acting as a back-up when delegated.
Participate in cross-platform collaboration with immediate peers. Required Qualifications
5 years of recent technical support experience.
At least 1 year of experience in remote administration and end-user support.
At least 1 year of experience with Windows 10 or earlier operating systems.
At least 1 year of experience with ticketing and traffic reporting tools (Zendesk, HPSM, ServiceNow).
At least 6 months of experience with Google suite applications.
At least 1 year of experience with macOS (High Sierra).
1 year of experience with Active Directory.
1 year of experience with virtualization technologies, including client tools (Fusion, ESX).
1 year of experience with platform management and integration, including JAMF Casper Suite or SCCM. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
1 year of experience with defining, implementing, and leveraging process (change, incident, problem) management functions.
Client certification(s).
1 year of macOS Server administration experience.
1 year of experience with productivity tools running on Macs, including MS Office, Lync, or Skype.
1 year of experience with Mac support for 100 end users.
1 year of experience with image deployment, software and system testing, and encryption and security tools (McAfee) on Windows and macOS.
