We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Mutual Funds Wealth Management Branch Service Professional to join our Brokerage Services team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for brokerage branch personnel, providing exceptional support on mutual fund and 529 plan products and services. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of financial expertise, customer service excellence, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver world-class customer service to brokerage field personnel in every interaction.

Respond to high-volume inbound calls related to mutual funds and 529 plans.

Troubleshoot live mutual fund order entry issues and trade adjustment inquiries.

Assist with mutual fund journal requests and resolve related inquiries.

Explain and review the firm's 529 plan offerings with clarity and accuracy.

Apply and interpret firm policies regarding 529 account opening and maintenance.

Provide accurate and timely documentation for new accounts, change of broker-dealer requests, and rollover processing.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client service issues.

Maintain detailed records and track service requests as needed. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable.

Financial industry experience required; mutual fund-specific experience preferred.

Inbound customer service or call center experience is a must.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

High level of attention to detail and sound professional judgment.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a high-activity, team-based environment.

Proven ability to research, analyze, and resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
