Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Strong technical skills in Java and Gosu (Guidewire's proprietary language)

Experience with SQL, Guidewire's data model, rules, and integration technologies

Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs

Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Guidewire Cloud deployment practices

Experience with rating and pricing configurations in Guidewire Policy Center

Commercial Insurance Domain knowledge

Project management certifications and agile certifications

Completion of L3 training in Guidewire Policy Center certifications Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Work with the rating engine to implement and maintain insurance product pricing logic

Collaborate with team members to enhance system functionalities
