Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and Schedule Service Calls - Efficiently assign service requests to technicians and ensure timely scheduling of appointments.
Customer Communication - Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing clear, friendly, and professional communication regarding appointments and updates.
Create and Manage Work Orders - Generate accurate work orders and ensure all necessary details are documented for technicians.
Track Service Call Progress - Monitor service calls from start to finish, ensuring prompt completion and resolving any scheduling or service issues.
Professional Interaction - Maintain a high level of customer service in all communications to ensure a positive customer experience. Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Education - High school diploma or GED required.
Experience - Minimum of 3 years' experience in HVAC dispatching or a similar service coordination role.
Customer Service - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Organizational Skills - Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities.
Technical Proficiency - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with dispatching software preferred.
